He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy "Dan" Hawkins and Mary Ellen "Nellie" Hawkins (Stafford); his children, Dan, Stephen Hawkins, Catherine Smith (Steve), Ann Hawkins, John Hawkins (Jenny) and Theresa Kelly (Bruce); and his daughter-in-law Rose Hawkins. He was also cherished by his 15 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
