He is survived by: his wife LuAnn Filkins; his children, Sherry Randolph (Mark), Julie Belden (Danny), Dennis Filkins (Jill), Roxie Schommer (Jim), Doug Filkins and Connie Smith (Marc); his brother Dave Filkins (Diane); and his siblings-in-law, Teri Hildebrandt of JeanAnn Kemmerer and Jim Hildebrandt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
