He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernal Davies and Beth Davies (Norton); his sister Beverly Davies; his former wife Evonne; and his brother-in-law Ron Friese.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristine Jacobs (Davies); his wife Diane Lindemann; his daughter Krisi Jacobs (Jeff); his grandchildren, Elsie and Eli; and his sisters, Vernelle Cysiewski (Don), Judy Friese, Rita Niederkorn (Joe) and Sara Tessmer (Carl). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
