She is survived by: her former husband Robert Kay; her husband Dee Welch; her daughters, Sherri Schoening, Kathy Bauman and Julie Kay; her grandchildren, Meridith, Max, Jack and Sam Schoening; and her stepdaughters, Melinda Pregont and Stacey Galecki.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
