She is survived by: her parents, John Esterholm and Barbara Esterholm (Eitel); her husband Todd Baker; her children, Jayde (Christina), Chad Symmank and Sheena Welch (Josh); her stepdaughter Jessica Baker; her grandchildren, Adam, Arron, Jayden, Ella, Emmerson, Dominic and Russell; and her siblings, Rick Esterholm (Peggy), Julie Grunewald (Shane) and Stacy Esterholm (Ben).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial for the Alzheimer's Association is going to be established in Pamela's name.
