He was predeceased by: his parents, Gunnard Esterholm and Elnora Esterholm (Wilund); his daughter Pamela Baker; and his sister Janet Fusak. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Julie, Rick (Peggy), Stacy, Daniel Gerard (Kathy) and Donald Gerard; his siblings, Jane Baker (Don), Jim (Kay) and Jerry (Heidi); and his son-in-law Todd Baker. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-great children.
