She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rausch and Darlene Rausch. She is survived by: her husband Dean Dvorak; her daughter Samantha Derks (Dan); her granddaughter Zoey; her sister Ann Masse (Bob); and her stepchildren, Kelly, Nick, Stephanie and Travis Dvorak.
