He is survived by: his parents, Jolene Schmitz (Haller) and Steven Moen of Prairie Farm, WI; his stepfather Jason Schmitz of Elk Mound, WI; his brothers, JJ, Jameson Schmitz of Elk Mound, Shane Moen of Prairie Farm and Mason Thompson of Nelson, WI; his grandmother Gerry Moen of Prairie Farm; his aunts, Crystal Hutchison (Jake) of Prairie Farm and Misty Hoff (Matt) of Barron; his uncle Denver Moen (Kori) of Prairie Farm; and his cousins, Jordan, Evan, Alayna Hutchison, Natalie, Hayden Hoff, Karson and Emersyn Moen. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
