She was predeceased by: her significant other Roger Bradfield; her sister Mary (Gary); her parents, Ernest Barth and Luetta Barth; her siblings, Fred Barth and Vickie; and her brother-in-law Marlin Weyant.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Nicole, Akira, Liliana and Madelyn; her son Gary L Bradfield Prairie (Michelle); her granddaughters, Carissa, Leah, Natalie and Elizabeth; and her brother Ken Barth (Wendy).
Due to the current situation with Covid-19, we will be having a private burial in Pat and Rogers hometown of Oelwein, IA.
