He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Wallenkamp (Lisa) and Taylor; his son-in-law Mike Royston (Tanya); his grandchildren, Michael II, Audrey and Jason Royston; and his sister Suzanne Habada (Lud). He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
