He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Mowitz and Alice Mowitz (Rhode); his daughter Sheri Mowitz (Jeanne Gelhaus); his siblings, Karen Nolden, Joan Preston and John Mowitz (Mary Moseman); and his brother-in-law Vern Preston.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Ward (Don) of Loganville and Craig Mowitz (Oui) of Thailand; his grandchildren, Tyler, Gina, Danielle, Dane Mowitz and Nik Pickel (Tiffany Bristol); his great grandchild Kira Pickel; his grandson Jason Ward (Michele); his great grandchild Gavin Ward; his granddaughter Tanya Ward (Mike Tuescher); his brother-in-law Maurice Nolden (Jackie); and his stepchildren, Steve Snyder, Deb Nusbaum, Kathy Brewer, Kari Stetzer and Shari Hillery. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (100 Oak St, Prairie Du Sac, WI 53578). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Gino's name to VFW Post 7694, Prairie du Sac, WI 53578.
