We bid farewell to Eldor M. Fruehling of Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 26, 2024 at the age of 99. Eldor touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his mother Rosa Fruehling; his wife Florence Steffens; his sons, David and Daniel; and his grandson Mark.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ruth Fruehling and Susan Johnson (Dennis); his daughters-in-law, Diane and Sandra Fruehling; and his grandchildren, Scott Fruehling (Erika), Anne Ehlers (Mike), Kate Mattison (Joe), Christine Smith (Jason), Stefanie Wiese and Brian Wiese (MaiLor Yang). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Maplewood Village, St. John's Lutheran church, the VFW or a charitable organization of your choice.
