He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Kirner; his children, Eric Kirner (Melanie) and Amy Kirner (Scott Friedl); his grandsons, Peter and Zachary Kirner (Kristy); his great grandchild Quinn; his father Frederick Kirner (Mildred Balfanz); and his siblings, Shirley O'brien, Jim Kirner (Donna), Rich Kirner (Trish) and Betty Sakrison. He was also cherished by in-laws, cousins, nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made to Agrace Hospice.
