She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cook and Della Cook (McCarrell); her sons, Mark and Glenn Fortier; and her brothers, Albert, James, Clarence, Floyd, William and Robert Cook.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert, Larry (Kimberly), Randy (Sheila) and Darin Fortier; and her siblings, Marlin Tampa (Margaret) and Judith Cook. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
