She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd May and Katheryn Severson; her grandson Samson Boylen; and her siblings-in-law, John Trehey, Robert Hazen, Jim Boylen, Edward White, Kate Trehey and Mary White.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Boylen; her sons, Scott (Kelli), Kurt (Nikki Gilkes), Jeff and Brent (Sara); her grandchildren, Desi, Mabel, Brock, Ayla (Chris Larson), Tyler, Dalton and Cole; her sister Janice Radloff; and her siblings-in-law, Pat Hazen, Ica Boylen, Dianne Caya (Todd) and Rick Boylen (Marcia).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested for the Prairie du Chien Library or the River and Bluffs Animal Shelter. People are also encouraged to donate blood in her memory.
