He is survived by: his wife Frances Kasparek; his children, Lisa Mades (Dennis Kottke) and Zach Gilbert (Sandie); his brothers, Jerry (Laurette) and Mike Gilbert (Bette Mandino); his grandchildren, Kyle (Tiffany Trowbridge), Brendan Mades and Reanne Gilbert; and his great grandchildren, Molly, Ronin, Ella and Aubrey Mades.
