He is survived by: his wife Carol Cipra of John's Catholic Church; his children, Jeff Mullikin (Tammy), Brenda Wagner (Jim), Vicki Waller (Bruce), Bruce Mullikin (Cheryl) and Amy Hamann (Kirk); and his siblings, Mary Havens, Barbara Massman (Dan), Kathy Look, Mike Mullikin (Julie), Charlotte Adams, Allan Mullikin (Carmen) and Sharon Bulawa (Ed). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
