She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Boylen and Irma Boylen (Nachreiner); her husband Edward J. White; and her siblings, Kate Trehey and Jim Boylen.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian (Karen), Bruce (Kathy) and Brad White (Lisa); her siblings, Pat Hazen, Diane Caya (Todd), Rick (Marcia) and Larry Boylen (Sharon); her sisters-in-law, Sally White and Ica Boylen; her grandchildren, Kyle (Kelly), Ashley, Chelsie (Nick), Chandler (Taylor), Seth, Drew, Carly, Rachel (Connor) and Karli (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Brekkin, Parker, Palmer, Cannon and Creed.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Prairie Catholic Schools.
