He is survived by: his wife Marilyn West; his children, Joddy Roys (Kenny), Janeane Vorwald (Randy) and Victor Pugh (Lori); and his sisters, Linda Smock and Loretta Waterman. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
The family requests all memorials go to Hope Lutheran Church, Littleport, Iowa.
