Lucille Mary Phelps Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2023, at the age of 93, Lucille Mary Phelps of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Mergen and Charlotte Mergen (Ackerman); her husband Dale Phelps of Mary's Catholic Church; and her siblings, Jerome, Raymond, Donald Mergen and Mary Huser.
She is survived by: her children, Darrel Phelps, Angela Conklin (Roger Moots), Monica Mains (Luis Morales) and Christopher Phelps (Jenny); her granddaughter Susan Conklin; and her caregiver Julie Metcalf Cull. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and her Godchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Glen Haven.
