With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gwendolyn Marie Barker Woodman (Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin), born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, who passed away on December 18, 2022 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bernard and Helen Ruby Veach (Rennecker); her husband Charles Alan Barker (Butch); her sisters, Marilyn Sells and Pam Keegan; and her nephews, Joshua and Aaron Veach.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Alan (Carrie) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Rebecca Lynn (Becky) and Becky of Woodman; her grandchildren, Ethan, Garrett (Alisa), Maddie and Brennan Barker of Cedar Rapids; her great grandchild Adalynn Daye; her brothers, Robert Veach (Cathy) of Moline, IL and Scott Veach (Melanie) of Harrisburg, SD; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Powell of Wilmington, CA and Kathy Holmes of White Bluff, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
