With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Lee Bouzek of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 13, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bouzek and Nettie Bouzek; his sister Virginia Dooley (Dan); and his in-laws, Louis and Colette Sandleback.

He is survived by: his wife Colleen Sandleback; his children, David (Emily), Jeff (Heidi) and Katy (Derek); and his grandchildren, Genevieve, Cecilia, Lilly, Kahlan, Dax Bouzek and Truman Longstreth.
