He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cipra and Esther Cipra (Berntgen); his son Michael; and his brothers, Frank and Jim.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley of Prairie; his daughters, Tammy Dillard (Dale) of Denver, CO, Michelle Dack (Van) of Elko, Nev and Brenda Warren (Mark) of LaCrosse, WI; his siblings, Dale (Donna) of Prairie, Delores Walz (Gary) of Dodgeville, WI, Jeanette Clark of Prairie and Teresa Tichenor (Jim) of Kirksville, MO; and his grandchildren, Christina, Lucas, Casey Jo, Kyle, Ava, Max and Zoe.
