She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howell and Juanita Howell (McGraw); her husband Robert Cejka of Mary's Catholic Church; her sons, Terry and Bobby Cejka; her siblings, George, Lewis, William Howell, Eleanor Chamberlain, Dorothy Schuller and Kate Peterson; her grandson Brian; and her close friend James Cooley.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Karen) of Prairie du Chien, John Cejka (Penny) of Prairie du Chien, Charlene Roh (Donald) of Prairie du Chien and Deborah Austin (Jerry) of Fort Worth, TX; and her daughter-in-law Hazel Cejka. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, 4 great great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
