With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George David Blanchard Jr. of Poynette, Wisconsin, born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 2, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George, Sr. Blanchard and Doris Blanchard (Johnson); his daughter Mary; his grandson Mitchel Blanchard; and his brother-in-law Ron Shaw.
He is survived by: his wife Ellie; his children, Terri Hotmar (Tom), Pam Blanchard (Dan Bavinck), Cathy Nelson (Brian) and Mike Blanchard (Darcy Brown); his stepchildren, Sheri (Joe) and Gaylon (Laurie); and his siblings, Tom Blanchard (Florence), Stephanie Shaw and Karin Haubner. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
