We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2020, at the age of 90, Shirley Kozie (Powers Lake, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Lee J. Kozie Sr.; her parents, Louise Woessner and John Woessner; and her parents-in-law, Leon and Adele Kozakiewicz (Kozie).

She is survived by: her children, Janice Lee, Claudette Alice, Kevin John, Lee John, Jr. and Scott Eric; her grandchildren, Jennifer Katherine (Charles Brent Moss), Erick Michael (Nicole Leigh Collier), Elizabeth Sarah (Philip Bennett Walker), Jordan Lee (Fallynn Elise Payne), Geoffrey Kevin (Raelynn Perisho) and Aubree Melissa; her great grandchildren, Leon Jax, Adele Kay, Isaac Thelonious, Agatha Rosalyn and Lynx Reign; her sister Jean (Porter); and her siblings-in-law, Jerome (Kozie) and Diane (Sundblom-Kozie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers Shirley's wish was to ensure a cure was found in our lifetime for her sweet great granddaughter Adele (Addy) who has 4H Leukodystrophy (POLR3-Related Leukodystrophy).
