He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Falconer and Martha Falconer (Elliot). He is survived by: his spouse Leah F. Hazlewood; his children, Patricia Ann Falconer, Clisso of Hastings, MI. and Cathy Lynn Chimens of McHenry, IL.; his grandchildren, Jarrett Bialek (Gwen), MacKenley Clisso (Kylie) and Alexis Chimens; his great grandchild Madelynn Bialek; and his siblings, Martha, Margery, Edward and Samuel.
