She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Chinn and Erma Chinn (Bartels); her spouse Merril Kerkman, Sr.; her sister Lois Henry; and her son-in-law Dr. Robert Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Cook, Marleen Lamp (Patrick) and Merril "Tig" Kerkman (Nannette); her siblings, Annetta Radunz, Alberta Hempel (Richard), Clarence Chinn (Shirley) and Glenda Lemay (Bill); and her brother-in-law Clarence "Lou" Henry.
