He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rowell and Louise Rowell (Race); and his sister Charlotte Raatz. He is survived by: his children, John Rowell, Jr. (Memoree), Jeff Rowell and Julie Benzschawel (Roger); the mother of his children Gail Weilgus; and his brothers, Charlie Rowell (Doris) and Ronald Rowell (Linda). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and one great grandson.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established.
