She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Cochenet and Anna Cochenet; her husband Loddie Koutsky; and her daughter-in-law Mary Koutsky. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Meyer (Norman), Jerry Koutsky (Weber) and Jim Koutsky. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
