He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Patz and Mamie Patz (Stank); his wife Nancy (Broderick); and his siblings-in-law, Rev. Harold Sailer, Roger Gusick, Harold Broderick and Valerie Patz.
He is survived by: his brother Dunbar; his sons, Duane (Cheryl), Craig (Diane), Michael and Mark (Lisa); his grandchildren, Derek Patz (Taylor), Mitchell Patz (Shyanne Cappelle), Hunter Patz, Gunnar Patz (Katie), Hope Patz (Michael Sandstrom), Kayla Cox (Jason) and Tanner Schram (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Aliya Cox, Bailee Cox, Vienna Schram, Gryffin Schram and Briar Broderick Patz; his siblings, Howard Patz, Darrell Patz (Jeannie), Harold Patz (Joan), LaVerne Grosse (Harold), Arlene Sailer and Eleanore Gusick; and his siblings-in-law, James Broderick (Carol), David Broderick (Kris) and Margaret Broderick.
