She was predeceased by: her father Jerome McCaig. She is survived by: her husband Robert B. Phelps Jr.; her son Robert Phelps (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Kyle and Kirsten; and her siblings-in-law, Mary MacDonald, Carol Jonovic and Mike Phelps (Sally). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
