He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Rastall and Margaret Rastall (Parker); his parents-in-law, Robert and Lorraine Eggener; his brother Jeff "Bear" Rastall; his sisters-in-law, Debby Rastall and Virginia Husbeck; and his niece Brooke Rastall (Benoit).
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Eggener of Marinette; his daughter Gina Alexander (Bret); his grandchildren, Brody Alexander and Portia Alexander; his stepdaughter Charise Provencher Stewart; his sister Jane Rastall (Zolmierski); his brother-in-law Bob Eggener (Mary); and his cousin Wade Larsen. He is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren and 1 step-great-grandson.
