He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Beahm and Helen Beahm; his brothers, George and Harold Collins; his brother-in-law James VanWormer; and his nephews, Jeremy Beahm and Jay VanWormer.

He is survived by: his wife Cindy Dorshorst; his son Ben; his siblings, Sally VanWormer of Portage, Shirley Martin (Gerald) of Pardeeville and Winston Beahm (Sue) of Portage; and his sister-in-law Judy Collins of Portage. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Pflanz Mendrala Funeral Home (430 W Wisconsin St, Portage, WI 53901). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
