He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Devine and Rita Devine (McMahon); his brothers-in-law, Howard La Brant and Jay Mork; and his parents-in-law, George and Carol Mork.

He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Sue Lohr (Mork); his daughters, Stephanie Blankenheim (Michael) and Amyjane Craig (Dustin Sweeney); his grandsons, Trennen and Chael; his siblings, Pat Devine La Brant, Dick Devine (Vicky), Tom Devine (Patty) and Su Disch (Bill); his sisters-in-law, Wendy Zick (Russell) and Susan Mork; and his pet Beau. He is also survived by other relatives, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Columbia County Humane Society.
