He is survived by: his significant other Joy Osterholt; his children, Mitchell Golke (Taylor), Dylan Golke Kelly Golke, Naomi Golke and Skylyn Leonard (Logan); his mother Janet Gardner (Arntson); his siblings, John Golke, Jeff Gardner (Cindy), Reiny Gardner (Lynn), Terry Gardner, Tim Gardner and Jackie Galliger (Sam); his grandchildren, Lynlee Leonard, Rowan Golke and Brinley Gardner; the mother of his children Lisa Fish; and his pets, Buster and Mercy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
