He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Edward Rebholz and Gladys Isabelle Rebholz (Sutton); his brother Harold S. Rebholz; his cousin Ted Rebholz; his parents-in-law, Joan Choo, Jeanne Rebholz and Todd Hassemer; and his niece Tracy Busse.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Karen (Joseph Meara) and Kurt Rebholz (Jenny); his grandchildren, Rowan (Rachel Feldman), Aidan Meara, Kyle (Amber) and Megan Rebholz; his great grandchildren, Mason and Carter Rebholz; his sister-in-law Barbara Hassemer; his grandchildren, F. Thomas (Sue), James A. Rebholz (Kathleen) and Jeff Nania; and his nieces and nephews, Cindy Schally, David (Cheryl), Mark, Jon Rebholz (Christi), Michelle Pearson (Ric) and Sheila Johnson.

Warren asked that memorials be given to Portage Center for the Arts, International Crane Foundation, and Madison Audubon.
