It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia K. Sheimo of Portage, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Johnson and Vera Johnson (Kuhlman). She is survived by: her husband Roger Sheimo; her sister Linda Johnson; and her nieces and nephews, Amy Medsker, Brittany Medsker, Chelsey Medsker, Gabrial, Cathleen Bishop, Jaxson Medsker, Lucas Sowatzke, Axel Nevil and Dominic Livingston. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family or the U.W. Carbone Cancer Center.
