She is survived by: her mother Natalie Havelka (Keizer); her daughters, Katrina Kaul (Bobby) and Nicole Winohradsky; her siblings, Michael Havelka (Shelly) and Avie Havelka-Johnson; and her grandchildren, Ella, William and Abigail Kaul. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
