He is survived by: his mother Beverly Gates (Widener) of Portage; his fiancée Teresa Roberts of Portage; his children, Preston Gates and Zoey Gates; his sister Robyn Gates of Pardeeville; his niece Olivia Gates; and his children, Toby James, Mia Lynn, Mason Oliver and Daisha Marie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins; other relatives and friends.
