He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Tom (Becky); his grandchildren, Thomas "TJ" and Hannah Ness; his granddog Meeko of Portage; his daughter Kathy Bear (Kevin) of Portage; his brother-in-law Gary Portzen (Barb) of Plover, WI; and his siblings, Darlene Brisky, Donna Ripp (George), Dale Ness (Alice), Ardis Achterberg, Audrey Attoe (Dave), Richard Ness (Connie), Charles Ness and Donald Ness (Jean). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
