She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Houston and Effie Houston (Wilkerson); her husband Carl Voigtlander; and her son Chris. She is survived by: her children, Mark Voigtlander (Tammy), James Voigtlander (Helen), Debbie (William Drew Johnson) and Carl Voigtlander (Sheila) of Berlin, WI; her siblings, James Houston and Syble Taylor; and her close friend Debbie Kaminski. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
