We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2019, at the age of 84, Susan H. Hayes (Portage, Wisconsin), born in Wabasha, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wohlwend and Mary Wohlwend (Fleis); her husband Philip Hayes; and her sons, Kenneth Hayes and Peter Hayes.

She is survived by: her sons, Donald Hayes (Barbara) of Greenville, Philip Hayes (Tamara) of Peoria, AZ and Thomas Hayes of Portage; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Hayes of Portage. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin, 2825 Hunters Trail, Portage, WI 53901.
