He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bell and Dorothy Bell (Bennett); and his brothers, William and John. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Heins; his children, Gerald Bell (Donna Hellenbrand) and Lois Bell; his grandchildren, Anthony, Jacob, Jordan and Kaylee; and his siblings, Roberta Bollig, Linda Zeak (Robert), Emily Noble (Jerry) and Brian Bell (Karin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
