She is survived by: her husband Richard Crook; her brother Gary Kloostra; her niece Gina Kloostra (Brian Burmania); her great-nephew Austin Mielke; her parents-in-law, Marion Crook and Dick Crook (Linda); her brother-in-law Mike Crook (Vickie); and her cousins, Bill Mohr (Donna) and Kurt Kloostra (Melinda). She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
