He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Eddy and Irma Eddy (Lawrence); and his sister Rosemary Ferdon. He is survived by: his former wife Constance "Connie" Lipke; his wife Constance Mae Eddy (Lipke); his sons, Mark W. Eddy (Sue) of Montello and Kim Eddy of Portage; his grandchildren, Matthew Eddy (Kelli) of North Freedom, Kori Mender of Cottage Grove and Justina Eddy of Portage; his great grandchildren, Kyli, Josi, Tayt and Elyse; and his brother-in-law Henry Lipke (Jeanne). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church or School, or Grace Lutheran Church.
