He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pulver and Verna Pulver (Borkowski); and his sister Janet Richards. He is survived by: his daughters, Kadey Pulver of Portage and Tracey Berry of Portage; his former wife Rhonda Roidt of Portage; his aunt Barbara Kenitz (Rey) of Madison; and his brother-in-law Dennis Richards of Portage. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
