It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Barreau of Portage, Wisconsin, born in Richland Center, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Barreau and Betty Barreau; his brother Daniel; and his nephew Steven Ludens. He is survived by: his wife Karan; his daughters, Brenda Zickert (Brett) of Rosendale, Cassie Burk (Tim) of Markesan and Chrissy Paske (Brian) of Portage; his stepsons, James Walker (Jan) of Portage and Shawn Bolgrien (Becky) of Portage; his sister Margaret Ludens (Lester) of Beloit; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Isabelle, Braden, Paige, Emma and Logan; and his stepgrandchildren, Jared, Jalen (Emma), Jordan (Jenna), Mya and Mason.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for a donation in Rick's memory at a later date.
