With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Perry L. Kelly of Portage, Wisconsin, born in Dunbar, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 14, 2020 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Perry L. Kelly to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kelly and Genevieve Kelly (Woosencraft); his sister Sharon Kelly; and his daughter Erin Kelly-Tollison. He is survived by: his former wife Geraldine L. Colburn; his wife Geraldine "Gerry" Kelly of Portage; his brother Richard Kelly (Judy) of McFarland; his brother-in-law Clarence Colburn (Sandra Minton) of Thorton, CO; and his pet Sammie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Columbia County Human Society.
