He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Wade and Sarah Wade (Dixon); his parents-in-law, Foster and Helen Hodge (Lapp); his granddaughter Kimberly Wade; his great grandchild Hunter Morgan; and his brothers, Ronald Wade (Betty), Neale Wade (Bernice), Howard Wade and Stuart Wade (Shirley).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Hodge; his children, Philip (Kelly) of Endeavor and Joan Wade (Luther Olsen) of Ripon; his sister Ethel Reynolds (Tom); and his siblings-in-law, Deloris Wade, Phyllis Wade, Mary Buckminster (Dick), Jackie Hodge (Vince), Joyce Hernandez (Art) and Bob Hodge (Linda). He is also survived by Six Grandchildren, Seven Great Grandchildren; One Great Great-Grandson; many nieces and nephews.
Masks will be required and provided if necessary, and social distancing will be observed, with a limit of 50 people in the funeral home at one time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Moundville United Methodist Church.
